Must be at least 21 years of age, with proof of Valid ID.
Meet and Greets are mandatory.
All resident animals need to have proof of current vetting as well as be spayed/neutered.
If you have a yard, it must be completely and properly fenced.
A vet reference, vet check and/or a home visit may be required.
If you are renting or leasing, your landlord or leasing office must provide written approval about the new pet.
Adoption fee must be paid on pick up.
